The Carbocord EN is a very flexible, high-quality, oil-resistant pressure hose suitable for the passage of industrial oils, fuel oils, diesel, biodiesel, mineral-containing hydraulic oils and unleaded fuels with a maximum aromatic content of 50%. The hose meets all requirements laid down in the EN 12115:2011 standard with regard to bending radius, flame retardancy, extension under pressure and electrical resistance (thanks to the conductive inner wall, the charged static electricity can be safely discharged, making the hose suitable for use in various ATEX zones). The hose has a safety factor of 1:4. The Carbocord/EN is often used during loading and unloading of tankers, fuel tanks, ships and in the petrochemical industry where hoses according to standard EN 12115:2011 are regularly prescribed.
