Both BSP (“Gas Thread”) and NPT are threads used on pipes and pipe fittings to connect them together. The choice of BSP or NPT thread is mainly determined geographically. BSP mainly applied in UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa (most countries worldwide). NPT mainly in the USA and Canada.
