Block ball valve 2-way high pressure ball valves are characterised by absolute leak tightness even in vacuum or at low pressures. The compact construction 2-way ball valves use the “floating ball” principle. Under (working) pressure, the ball is pressed into one of the seats, which guarantees leak tightness, even at the highest possible pressures. The spindle is mounted in the housing from the inside. This so-called “positive fit” prevents a “blow-out” at high pressures.
The ball valves with larger diameters are equipped with a “fixed ball” and possibly a continuous spindle. All 2-way high pressure ball valves are available in both steel and stainless steel. Manual or actuator operated. Suitable for both liquids and gases. The seals and ball seats are also available in various versions, depending on the medium and the application.
Available with threaded connection, cutting ring connection according to DN 2353 or flange connection. Also available in manifold connection for very compact mounting. Special versions are also available for very high temperatures and very high pressures. Available with all conceivable approvals, such as Lloyds, DNV, ABS, etc.
